Volvo EX60
The new fully electric EX60 is treated as its own platform and is not assumed to share an XC60 steering rack.
Volvo ES90
The fully electric ES90 is assessed separately from S90 and V90 applications; exact steering equipment and unit identification are required.

The references below are identification guides collected from established specialist catalogues. They are not a direct interchangeability list. Confirm every digit on the original Volvo label, any Bosch or ZF number, right-hand-drive specification, connectors, steering ratio, software, production date and vehicle equipment before repair, supply or fitting.
EX60 identification
No reliable public RHD remanufacturing-number list is currently established. Supply the VIN and complete original unit labels before removal or dispatch.
ES90 identification
The ES90 must not be grouped automatically with S90/V90 SPA references. Supply the VIN, drivetrain, steering equipment, diagnostic report and complete original unit labels.
Volvo Steering Rack Identification
Volvo may use different steering racks within the same model family and registration year. We confirm every application from the VIN, registration, right-hand-drive specification, complete original rack label, connector arrangement, steering equipment and diagnostic information.
Important: similar-looking units and shared base references are not proof of interchangeability. Steering ratio, travel, software, driver-assistance equipment and production changes must be checked before repair, supply or fitting.
