It is vital that your Power Steering Rack functions as it was originally designed by your vehicles manufacturer. When we remanufacture our Power Steering Racks we assemble each unit with new, original equipment quality seals, O-rings, bushings, valve Teflon rings, rack ends and rack boots. All units are tested on our specially designed testing equipment.

The Pump is the heart of the Power Steering System and it needs to be functioning correctly for your vehicles safety. Our remanufactured Power Steering Pumps undergo strigent testing to ensure that your pump has the correct flow and pressure to maintain the highest quality unit available backed up our 1 year or 12,000 miles warrantly.

Power Steering Boxes need to be checked for free-play and it is important that the unit has the correct pre-load on the input shaft and the output shaft. When our power steering boxes are tested we check that all the pre-loads are within the manufacturers tolerances so we can give you our 1 Year 12,000 miles warranty.
